Career management experiences in The food manufacturing industry (as Director of Quality Assurance in Honeywell Flour Mills and Technical/Business Unit/Purchasing Manager in Cadbury Nigeria and also in Academics, first as pioneer Professor of Food Science and Technology and Dean of the defunct College of Food Sciences at bells Univerity of Technology Ota between 2006 and 2015; Dean of the Postgraduate School of the University between 2015 and 2016. Currently on Sabbatical Leave for 12 months from the University.Was GAIN Technical Consultant for Nigeria for over six years and in recent years serving as Senior Technical Advisor. Was Project Manager for the GAIN-Sponsored first ever National Survey of Compliance of Large-Scale Fortified Foods in Nigeria conducted in 2012 under the Mandatory Fortification programme. Has also been Technical/Management Consultant to Technoserve Nigeria, IDS as well as local companies including Vitachem Nigeria, Living Witness Limited and Valleumbra Flour Mills Limited. 

Was the University Orator at Bells University of Technology between 2007 and 2015, engaged in Public Speaking, Project Management, etc. Publishing experience as immediate past Editor-in-Chief of the Nigerian Food Journal 2010-2013 and co-author of the recently published Scientific Writing and Communication for Developing Countries published by the University Press Plc, Ibadan in 2016.
